Loc Rite Side Roll System:
The Loc Rite system utilizes a front and rear cap and Ez Off tarp stops (which are options on other style side rolls). This system is designed to do away with ratchets and straps by employing a lock rail spanning the length of the trailer. The tarp in covered position is rolled up underneath the lock rail and held into place with a special crank handle at the rear and lock mechanisim at front.

Waste Side Roll System (Mesh)
The tarp for the Waste Side Roll System is manufactured from two different high quality materials. The center section of the tarp running lengthwise is constructed of vinyl coated polyester mesh. The two outer sections of the tarp are made of 18oz. vinyl which is reinforced along all edges with seatbelt webbing for added strength and durability and also has a reinforced center panel to protect it from wear and tear from the center support of the trailer.

- Optional aluminum tubing inserted down the center of the cover to eliminate inside support straps and sagging

It is necessary for the customer to insure that the trailer has a center support in order to provide extra support for the system. This system does not require the use of any metal bows for support so there is no need for removal of bows before loading or unloading.
Note:
 The aluminum caps option consist of a vinyl hood or bonnet attached to an aluminum extrusion spanning the width of the trailer. The purpose of the caps is to facilitate covering and uncovering the trailer. The bonnets are semi-permanent and do not have to be undone in order to roll the tarp. A two cap system permits all the work to be done from the ground level unless the bows have to be removed. The only part of a two cap system that needs to be secured each time are the ratchets and straps on the side. Without caps, the front and rear of the tarp would have to be unstrapped with each use.
