SAFETY: The Lift-N-Load™ operates safely from the ground and secures your load in only 20 seconds. Drivers no longer have to climb on their trailers pulling heavy tarps over peaked loads risking a costly fall.
TIME SAVINGS: On average, the Lift-N-Load saves at least 30 minutes a load over hand tarping. Multiply this by 3–4 loads and you will get an extra load a day. This system will pay for itself in less than three months.
LOW MAINTENANCE: Pumps (one for LNL, two for Double LNL) are self contained and require no attention. Gate hinges (three per gate) are heavy duty and low profile and rarely are hit because of their position on the trailer. The tarps use a “Rip Stop“ material which prevents a hole or tear from getting worse. It is simply attached to the gates with nylon ties. The Lift-N-Load™ is the lowest maintenance automatic Open Top covering system on the market.
SPECS:
• Self contained electric motor over hydraulic pump, or a straight hydraulic unit, which operates off hydraulics of the truck (mounted on either the driver or passenger side of the trailer). Double LNL is only available with hydraulic units.
• High density polyethylene mesh, with a 4" overlap seal on open side of trailer.
• Strong, lightweight steel framework, designed to give 100% coverage of the trailers.
• System adjusts to different widths and fits trailers up to 53' long and can be mounted to trailers with square chamfered or radius corners.
• System weighs 675 lbs. (Single Gate), 1,050 lbs. (Double Gate) and has a one year warranty on the pump and the hydraulic cylinder.
• Warranty on system may be voided if aftermarket tarps are not supplied by Cramaro or if, purchased tarps do not meet the same specifications of the Cramaro tarp materials.
